My Values
This practice is rooted in the belief that healing is both personal and political. My work is guided by the following values:
Working with me feels conversational, grounded, and intentional. I’m engaged, curious, and honest—and I believe therapy is something we do together, not something done to you. I balance evidence-based approaches with deep respect for your intuition, culture, values, and survival strategies. I’ll offer reflections, questions, and tools, while always honoring your autonomy and consent. We move at your pace. We make room for complexity. We take your nervous system seriously. You don’t need to perform wellness here. You don’t need to be “ready” or have the right words. Curiosity is enough.
